How to improves our Complexion?
The complexion is generally a pretty good indication of the
health of the individual. No one in poor health can have a really good, clear complexion.
Some points to be remembered by those who would secure or
preserve a good complexion are as follows:
1.Keep bowels regular by natural methods.
2. Drink little coffee or tea, but plenty fresh buttermilk or pure water.
3.Eat liberally of fruit and vegetables, but stint yourself on red meats.
4.Exercise regularly in the open air.
5. Sleep enough and in well-ventilated room
6.Before bed ,wash your face carefully and thoroughly, and use only chemical free products and water.
